Create a Version of Movienizer which can be installed and run on Microsofts Windows Home Server and integrates with Microsoft Media Center.

This would allow for the centralization of the Movienizer database on the WHS server and make all of the movie informaion and movies able to be served up to all devices on a home network.

Ability to add custom images and change main thumbnail

I have scans of several of the covers in my collection. I would imagine some would rather insert a screen capture of a favorite scene or something.

Expand to include TV shows' recorded to DVD by PVR

For clients who record TV shows onto a DVR/DVD+R (similar to Tivo), search imdb.com for the show's information. Just to name a few, options to sort by: 1) Title. 2) Season/Episode number [i.e. Season Three/Episode Five as: 003.005]. 3)...

Add sound when the program stops for you to make a choice in your movie selection

I have literally thousands of movies. I have to either watch as they all load or check randomly to see if I need to make a selection. The tone would alert me while I was able to continue with other tasks.

Add a Next/Previous button to the edit box so we can sort and then edit a group of files without having to hit the save button after each edit.

When looking up movie information online, please display the name of the movie being looked up.

I typed in a list of movies, told Movienizer to look them up, but as it looked them up it just said it was looking the movie up, but didn't list the name of the movie being looked up.

Add a barcode scanner module for importing movies with a webcam

Using the webcam, read the barcode by holding up the disc jacket (multiple barcode reader applets out there, shouldn't be hard to get one added)

add a 'TV mode.'

A 'TV mode' would be an optional UI easily viewable on a television with the menu's and movie tittles would be easy to navigate from a distance (like sitting back on the couch) and with a television type remote maybe.

add a suggest movies button

It would (upon request) suggest movies you might like based on the movies in your database. For instance if you showed a preference for a certain actor and and for thrillers, it would show you any thrillers that ou didn't have already

Add capability to import/export info with Delicious Library (a Mac & iPod software)

A lot of folks are using Mac and windows these days and iPad comes with Delicious Library installed. It would be great if we could manage our movie libraries on both without having to duplicate data entry.

add a bar scanner, for movie data input.

I suggest you add a bar scanner input field, to allow easy movie data information input and also a field for for the cost of the movie (for insurance purposes).
